This package includes a comprehensive questionnaire for you as the parent to complete, followed by an in-depth sleep assessment of your little one’s current sleep problems.
A 60 min call to discuss all your little one’s sleep problems, including daytime and night time routines. Sleep environment, sleep associations, reasons for night waking’s, early rising, short naps. I will provide you with recommendations to resolve your little one’s sleep issues and you can then go away with the knowledge and tools to implement my suggestions.
1 email support follow up included in the package.
If you choose to upgrade to the silver or gold sleep support packages, I will deduct £100 from either of those packages. (If you make this choice, the upgrade to the silver or gold package this needs to be booked within 4 weeks of completing the sleep rescue call to have the price deduction applied).
