I believe a healthy life starts with sleep, that means getting the sleep you need so you can give your children the opportunity to become the very best of what they were born for and to help them get the sleep they need too!
Experience
I have lots of experience with young children and previously completed a childcare course. Being a mother to two little ones myself (2 years and 5 years old), I already know all the sleep troubles that come with newborns, babies and toddlers. I just wish I had trained to become a sleep coach sooner!

As an infant sleep coach, based in Dorking but serving families worldwide, I am fully Certified as a sleep nanny at the prestigious Sleep Nanny Academy under Lucy Shrimpton.

I believe teaching a baby how to self settle to sleep and sleep through the night is a learnt skill. This skill can be taught using gentle methods (not leaving them to cry it out). I can teach parents to achieve long lasting results for their little ones using only gentle sleep training or sleep shaping techniques. Just like you guide and support your baby to crawl, walk, potty train, ride a bike and swim. You teach your baby to self settle and therefore sleep well. It is true that some babies eventually will developmentally sleep better at a slighter older age, however you can achieve this sooner and many children do not developmentally achieve great sleep by themselves.
We would spend time together talking through your little one’s current sleep challenges and set out your future sleep goals. I can help you with bedtime struggles, night waking’s, nap issues, early rising and sleep crutches (dummies, fed to sleep, motion to sleep, co sleeping). I will design a tailor-made gentle sleep training programme that suits your family whilst supporting and guiding you throughout.
I do not use the cry it out method and your child’s needs will still be met throughout our sleep training journey.
I have created 3 different packages, so everyone is able to make positive changes to their childs sleep, depending on your needs and budget.
