Eloise, Zac & Freya
(2.5 Years Old)

My name is ... Freya and I am 2.5 years old. How you've undergone a bespoke 2-week sleep programme with Beth your sleep consultant and she was amazing!! She has helped me sleep without the aid of my mummy and daddy, I can now sleep without the need of them both being in my room.

Before starting the programme both of us (Zac and myself) were very sceptical, unsure, and worried that it would not work or that it would be just leave her to cry herself to sleep which neither of us wanted. Freya’s sleep troubles, started when she was small she never slept through until last week, she was breastfed until almost 2 and was still waking wanting a cuddle - some nights I would end up sleeping on the floor, especially after she was in hospital at the end of May for a chest infection.

The main thing was waking up screaming during the night sometimes she has up to five in a single evening. She would take over an hour to go to sleep sometimes not going down until 8.15 even though we took her up at 7. She didn’t really like napping during the day unless she was at nursery, most mornings she be waking somewhere between 4.30 am and 5.30 am The sleep deprivation affected both of us, as we were both tired and snapping at either only and Freya getting cross with her when she was not going to sleep as she plays games like I need a wee or I am hot.

We found the program easy to follow and the bespoke elements made it wonderful, it was done in small steps that were not too much change for any of us - moving the seat we sit on every couple of night closer and closer to the door, using simple phases when she did wake at night and having time with her to read which we both forgot was calming for her.

Communication from Beth was great we had calls from her every couple of days to see how we were getting on and she WhatsApp daily checking in with seeing how the evening had gone which really helped us understand what to do each night. We both have a better understanding of sleep since finishing as we both thought she was having enough sleep turns out she wasn’t and that she was actually over tired and this was the root of her issues with waking up in the night and early in the morning.

Since changing her bedtime to 6.15 Freya is now much happier she is now sleeping through she will happily have a nap during the day which has been lovely as I am able to drink a hot cup of tea!

1000% I would recommend Beth as we had got to the point where we were tired and frustrated especially when talking to other parents about their child and how they slept through for months!


Charlotte & Darcie (3.5 Months Old)

At 3.5 months old, my daughter Darcie already had a good bedtime routine, but it was inconsistent. Sometimes she’d fall asleep within minutes and other times, we’d be sat by her bed for over an hour willing her to close her eyes. We also found nap times and night wakings very problematic, which was my main reason for seeking help from Beth.

As Darcie is still relatively young, Beth and I worked on ‘sleep shaping’ rather than training and the improvements we’ve seen in 2 weeks are amazing. I’m now able to put her down for a nap in her cot at least twice a day, and we’ve reduced night wakings to once per night, not to mention we put her in her bed fully awake at bedtime and she falls asleep within 15 minutes, by herself! Remarkable. We’ve got goals set for what we want to achieve by 5 and 6 months and with Beth’s tips and tricks I’m confident we’ll get there. Highly recommend and thank you so much, Beth!

Within 2 months of us working together (by 5 months of age) little Darcie was sleeping 11-12 hours consistently every night due to the healthy sleep habits Charlie implemented!


Becky & Henry (5 Years Old)

We were having a hard time getting Henry to sleep. Despite a good bedtime routine it would consistently take over two hours for him to fall asleep, he became fairly active at bedtime and seemed unable to wind down. We were then having to wake him and have a stressed morning routine to get him to school in time. His teacher commented he was really tired in the afternoon. We really had no idea how to change this and we were feeling so frustrated that we were unable to help him.

Beth made the process really easy to follow. After completing our questionnaire she talked us through the changes that we needed to make. These all felt like little tweaks to our routine and were easy to implement.

Now Henry is consistently falling asleep earlier and he is able to stay in bed whilst falling asleep. He is waking naturally most mornings and our morning routine is so much more relaxed. We would definitely recommend Beth and are so grateful for the help she gave us.

I found the call really informative and took away lots of pointers that I shall be trying from birth. Following our consultation, Beth sent me a summary of the key points from our call and some useful documents for me to keep. I am looking forward to having our follow up call when my baby is around 8 weeks old. We shall have a follow up consultation to see how the things we have discussed have worked and to gain any further advice and guidance regarding my babies sleep. Robyn & Callie (7 Months Old)

I got in touch with Beth when my little girl was about 7 months old and waking every sleep cycle (40-60mins) throughout the night looking for her dummy. That was starting to take its toll on both of us. I had an initial chat with Beth and decided to give gentle sleep training a go. Beth was in touch everyday and we worked at a pace that suited my little girl as we had a few bumps in the road with an ear infection and teething. We had video calls with Beth every 2-3 days and would hear the plan for the next couple of nights. Having Beth's support daily was really great and kept us progressing forward. We now have a little girl who sleeps 12 hours straight at night, naps easily and no longer needs a dummy. Letting other people look after her is now much easier as her routine is on point. I am very glad I seeked help from Beth and would still be struggling with sleep if I hadn’t reached out.


Natalie, James & Felix (3.5 Years Old)

For various reasons we had got into some bad sleep habits with our 3 year old son’s sleep routine and it was really starting to take it’s toll on the whole family. He would always come through to our bed during the night and would then sleep in our bed. He would then wake a further 3-4 times in the night and a drink of milk would be the only thing to settle him back to sleep.

My husband and I both felt quite apprehensive about the thought of starting gentle sleep training but Beth was very reassuring and confident that she could help us!

After one night our son was staying in his own bed and had stopped asking for milk when he woke up. By night 3, he slept through for 12 hours!

Beth checked in with us everyday with lots of different tips and advice whenever we needed it. Having her there gave us the tools we needed to change our routine for the better and to guide us when something was not quite working.

Sleep training with Beth has made such a difference to our lives and as a result our little boy is calmer and happier due to the rest he is getting. My husband and I feel so much better in ourselves and have the energy to do so much more as a family!

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommended Beth to any family that might be having difficulties with sleep as it really is the best gift you can give yourself!

Sarah, John & Quinn (5.5 Months Old)

Although feeling desperately sleep deprived, we initially felt nervous about turning to a sleep consultant, however it was definitely a worthwhile investment that we are so pleased we made.

We have gone from having a baby that would only feed to sleep and then contact nap (if at all!) And one that woke constantly through the night to feed, to a baby that will nap in his crib during the day, independently self settle as he is becoming better with linking sleep cycles and independently self settles at night. He has even slept through the night multiple times with no feeds.

Beth was so supportive on both regular calls and on Whatsapp too, replying quickly to a message, calming us and making us believe we could reach the sleep goals we set. She gave us reassurance but also pushed us out of our comfort zone just enough when we needed it to continue to make progress. When we thought things were tricky, she adapted our plan to take smaller, more manageable steps for us which made the world of difference. In just 3 weeks we have achieved and learnt so much (and probably clocked up more sleep than in the past 5 months put together!)

We are beyond grateful to Beth for being so patient and encouraging. This really has changed our lives and we cannot recommend Beth enough.

We reached out to Beth after finding her on google and our experience of working with her has been wonderful! This is a long review as Beth deserves it but the TLDR is that if you’re struggling with your child’s sleep and want to make a change then Beth can absolutely help and she will support you like a friend would. Do it!

Now for the detail, we decided to explore sleep training after we moved house and our 8 month old moved in to her own bedroom. She struggled with sleep and we ended up rocking her to sleep. She would wake every sleep cycle of an evening, still having 2 night feeds and coming in to our bed in the morning. My husband and I were not getting anytime to ourselves in the evening, eating dinner at 10pm and then up and down throughout the night. The dinner part really affected me as I am diabetic and I was unable to manage my sugar levels properly. I reached out to 3 sleep consultants to get comparison, one chatted to me and never followed up with pricing or if she could help, another sent an email with pricing but no personal touch. With Beth I really rated her transparency on her website with pricing and then our discovery call, I found her knowledgeable and kind.

She also referred to herself as a sleep coach which I found refreshing and made me feel comfortable we would be supported throughout the process. There was no sales pitch, no FOMO hard sell and nor pressure, just another mum trained in sleep wanting to help other mums, I was sold. We signed up to the gold package and started 2 days later.

I was fairly apprehensive in our first call and Beth was really accommodating with the push backs I was coming up with. We started slowly and within 2 days had dropped the night time feed. Beth was there at every step, we had twice weekly catch up calls and we had daily WhatsApp support. Within 3-4 days our daughter was sleeping through the night, no more wake ups and we were able to eat our dinner by 8pm. She was getting the recommended 14-15 hours sleep over a 24 hour period. We started when our daughter was 9 months and in the 4 weeks we worked together she started rolling, crawling and pulling herself up and cruising (I think as a result of better sleep!)

I have learnt so much about infant sleep. We hit a couple of speed bumps in our journey with sickness and development. Beth was kind, knowledgeable and adaptable and she was really there for us. There were times I wanted to give up but Beth was so supportive, really earning her title of coach because she absolutely coached me through the process.

The big question is, would I recommend Beth and the answer is ‘I already have’. A really good friend of mine has signed up to her gold package just as we finished working with Beth. If you have got to the end and are still wondering if you should reach out to Beth, then the answer is yes, even if its just the consultation call, what is the harm?


Laura, Gary & Harrison (6 Months Old)

We approached Beth after being recommended by friends and hearing their success stories.

Harrison was just coming up for 6 months old. He had never been a good sleeper and following the 4 month sleep regression this had got worse. He was waking every 45-60 mins at night, were were co sleeping and feeding to sleep to get some rest. Naps were a bit of a battle and no real routine. Being totally exhausted I knew we needed some support and decided to give gentle sleep training a go.

After initially speaking to Beth I knew her approach to gentle sleep training was the right route for us. I was hesitant before the call as I never wanted to leave Harrison to cry or be distressed, which Beth assured me was not her approach. Following our initial call, we signed up to 3 weeks with Beth. We had an hour initial consultation followed by catch up calls every 2-3 days and constant daily Whatsapp support throughout.

The day we started with Beth we decided to also transition Harrison in to his own bedroom. I was initially anxious about this, but knew I wanted to do it and having Beth’s support throughout really made the entire process less stressful and seem easy. Beth’s gentle approach to settling meant Harrison’s needs were still met and the transition to his room went really well. He settled really well on his first night.

In the space of 3 weeks Harrison started going down for naps incredibly easily and night time totally transformed! He enjoys his sleep space and naps are predictable which has made my daily routine so much easier and more enjoyable. He now wakes once a night for a feed and we plan to slowly reduce this feed and drop it altogether over the next few weeks. Harrison has learnt to independently self settle which is lovely to see.

Throughout the 3 weeks I built up my confidence to go out for the day with Harrison and we also went away for a weekend. All of which before the training would have caused a lot of anxiety and I may not have even done it, but Beth gave me the confidence and knowledge to manage different situations with Harrison’s sleep and it was a great learning experience in different environments. Having her there for guidance whilst away, really helped and ensured we stay on track.

We also dealt with Harrison being sick for a few days. Having sleep training and giving Harrison the tools o rest, I believe helped speed up his recovery.

Lack of sleep was really impacting day to day life for both Harrison and I. Since working with Beth we are enjoying our days so much more and it’s wonderful to see Harrison not overtired and actually happy when I put him down to sleep. I feel Beth has taught me so much about how to handle Harrison’s sleep now and for the future. We are setting good foundations which we will take forward to toddler years.

We would absolutely recommend Beth. Rest of both you and your baby is so important and sleep training doe not have to be distressing. Smell steps make it comfortable for everyone involved and Beth will go at your pace!


Clare, Ceri & Ewan (7 Months Old)

Ewan was 7 months old when we worked with Beth. After the 4 month sleep regression, Ewan was waking mutliple times a night and being fed back to sleep as that was the easiest/quickest option. Bedtime could be lengthy process as we were rocking and singing him to sleep. We also struggled to get him to nap properly, he would need to be rocked to sleep or taken out in the car or pram to nap. After 3 months of this, we all felt very tired and struggling to function.

We decided to contact Beth after hearing success stories from NCT friends. She was extremely reassuring during the initial call and that continued throughout the 2 weeks we worked with her. We were a little nervous about starting, but knew that we needed a helping hand and decided Beth was the right person to give us that. The gradual steps she guided us through suited us.

We saw results much quicker than expected. Within a few days Ewan was sleeping through the night and that has continued despite him teething. Our bedtime routine is much quicker, he easily settles himself to sleep once we leave him in his cot and he stays there sleeping for the next 11 hours +. Naps are so much more consistent and predictable, we had some wobbles but Beth gave us the skills to be able to handle these and ensure that Ewan is getting enough daytime sleep. We also feel prepared for the changes that will happen over the coming months with Ewan’s sleep and how to handle future sleep regressions.. We are so happy we decided to proceed with Beth… definitely no regrets! Ewan is so much happier in the day now that he is overtired which is lovely to see and life feels that much easier. One thing I really appreciated about working with Beth was that she encourages you to continue with your normal classes and plans, and helps you to fit naps in around these - not tied to a rigid routine.

We highly recommend Beth and cannot thank her enough!


Dan, Charlotte & James (7.5 Months Old)

This has been life changing for us and especially our little boy. He always nursed to sleep and contact napped. Since moving in to his new bedroom at 6.5 months old, he started to have multiple wakes through the night, early wakes, co sleeping from the early hours and false starts. Our bedtime was late, we had no time together, I had no time for me and we were all getting tired and frustrated.

I knew Beth from multiple baby groups and so always knew that if we needed help, we would ask her. Beth was fantastic, knowledgeable and patient.

From our initial call, I was immediately put at ease, we trusted Beth 100% with our little boys sleep and wellbeing. We were so impressed that Beth did really create an ongoing, ever evolving bespoke plan for our little boy at the centre. We carefully followed her steps and had faith as she encouraged and coached us. Beth was available all day everyday for WhatsApp support. She was there when we had worries, when things needed changing and to celebrate all the wins!

My only regret is that we didn’t reach out sooner. We are 4 nights in to our first family holiday. I am sitting here writing this whilst our little boy is happily napping in his travel cot. Last night we kissed him good night at 7pm, sat down to dinner with a glass of wine, a home cooked meal Dan had been able to cook and followed by a full nights sleep for us all. 4 weeks ago I ‘d have laughed and never thought this could be possible.

There is no cry it out, heartless methods and it has enhanced our connection and relationship with our boy. He is confident, content and enjoying learning so much more so quickly! We are well rested, relaxed and a happier family!


Ellie, Andy & Erin (18 Months Old)

I would highly recommend! I had always dismissed sleep training as I had preconceptions about what it was about. We wanted our routine to change for our daughter who still woke in the night, I had to breastfeed her back o sleep and she kicked off when my husband tried to settle her. She also woke up for the day at varying times and more often than not end up in our bed for the last part of the night.

My husband suggested we had a chat with a Sleep Consultant to see what it was all about. Beth was recommended to us and we are so glad she was!

Beth is so knowledgeable and reassuring - it felt like she had confidence not just in what she was telling us, but in us and our daughter too. She explained how her sleep and routine would be after gentle sleep training and it was hard to believe and it was hard to believe at that time things could be so much better.

The training itself was hard at times as I had never let my daughter cry before but during the gentle sleep training it was for such short periods of time and we still reassured and comforted her.

Beth was in contact with us daily and very responsive if we needed her ad hoc. We saw results quickly and all 3 of us are getting much better quality sleep. We feel confident our daughter is having her sleep needs met and we feel her routine is a lot better.

If I could go back in time and tell the me before gentle sleep training it would be ‘go for it!’

Beth was recommended to us via a mum friend who recently had a great experience working with her, so we took the leap and approached Beth for support.

Our daughter was 7 months old and we were restricted to contact or motion naps during the day and regular waking’s and feeds in the night.

After 3 weeks of working with Beth, Primrose is now in her own bedroom, we are able to put her down for naps in her cot in the day and she is consistently sleeping through the night.. life changing!

We started working with Beth over a month ago and my only regret is not asking for her help sooner! Beth has been the best thing for our whole family. Josie, Garin & Freya (2 Years Old)

Freya just turned 2 years old and she still wasn’t sleeping through the night. This was impacting our whole family and life. I dreaded going on holidays as she wouldn’t easily transition to new places and we were house bound every weekend due to naps. I was unable to do homework or spend quality time with my older two children as it would take an hour of holding Freya to fall asleep at bedtime every evening. Freya would then wake every night somewhere between 11pm to 1am and we fell in to the trap of co sleeping which is lovely, but as a result my husband and I had broken sleep continuously for nearly 2 years!

My husband and I were very sceptical at first, but within 1.5 weeks Freya was sleeping 11 hours of consolidated sleep in her own cot. It honestly felt like a miracle. I no longer dread bedtime, in fact I now enjoy our little ritual we have knowing it works like clockwork!

Chris, Katie & Rocco (9 Months Old)

We have finished our sleep journey with our little boy Rocco and we could not be happier with Beth’s guidance and expertise. Beth has been hand on throughout our time together, she is patient, provides kind support and solutions.

Rocco was fed to sleep every 20-60 minutes throughout the night and we were co sleeping. Naps were inconsistent and unpredictable with a lot of help needed.

Rocco now has 2 well timed predictable naps each day, he sleeps a consolidated 11-12 hours overnight. He is an even happier boy now and eats really well.

As we have such a busy life with 6 year old twin girls, this process has helped us become calmer, know what is happening with Rocco’s sleep and not feeling trapped in the bedroom helping him to fall back to sleep.

Rose, Mike & Millie (18 Months Old)

My husband and I decided we needed Beth's support after month's of very poor sleep and stressful nights. Millie was overtired, resisted husband at bedtime, frequently waking at night even with co sleeping. Naps were always on the go and not in her cot.

I bore the brunt of it, I was stressed, exhausted and it was affecting my well being after so long. We wanted to go gently and I wanted to continue breast feeding and Beth came up with the perfect plan!

We were so pleasantly surprised when Millie responded positively from the start, sleeping through the night in her cot on night 2 and napping in her cot from day 1!

Now bedtimes are happy bonding moments with our daughter who will happily be put to bed by my husband, myself or her nanny.

Her cot naps give me the opportunity to work or rest and we enjoy our time together more afterwards.

It was the best investment. I know there can be judgement around sleep training but often it is based on misinformation. I also believe you have to feel ready as you need to dedicate the time at the start to set the right foundations. I knew our little girl was overtired all the time and it was not sustainable for any of us. We feel so happy to have our evenings back and our cheeky happy girl.

We came to Beth because our nearly 10 month old daughter was waking many times every night and often only slept for 2 hours at a time.

Beth created a plan for us to transition Asia to her own bedroom to her cot and reduce her night feeds.

What a success it was!

Asia now naps twice a day and sleeps for 11-12 hours consolidated night.

Claire, Nick & Maia (11 Months Old)

Before we started our sleep journey together I was feeding our daughter to sleep for naps and during the night. She woke shortly after going to bed each night which meant we dreaded bedtime and felt sorry for our little girl who could not self settle back to sleep. I ended up co sleeping with Maia as I was too tired to put her back in the cot for her to only wake up 30-60 minutes later.

It was becoming unstainable for us, I had no time for myself and my husband was left out of the equation for naps and settling to sleep for night time. Plus we were shattered.

Our time with Beth has quite literally changed our lives. Maia quickly went from waking many times each night to sleeping 11-12 hours straight and needing no night feeds. She is able to drift off to sleep calmly at bedtime and for her naps. She now reaches out for her cot at nap time to go to sleep! I no longer feed Maia to sleep, yet I still feel very close and connected to her.

Plus there is the added bonus of Maia eating a lot more, she used to pick at her food and eat tiny portions, but she is now having much bigger meals, which is another thing ticked off the list! And most importantly she is an even happier baby!

I would whole heartedly recommend Beth. We were sceptical about gentle sleep training at first and were unsure if it would suit us.

We worked with Beth for 4 weeks, implementing gradual steps that were tailor made to ours needs. Beth was there to support and guide us with her non judgmental approach which was just what we needed.

Neither Nick or I could recommend Beth enough. She has helped teach our daughter a life skill and has given us the precious time to enjoy each other's company again.

Beth has transformed our lives! We had baby no2 due in 3 weeks and our eldest (14 months) required mummy to get her to sleep; often a long process of feeding and rocking. We had tried multiple standard sleep support plans before being recommended to Beth and we wish we had found her sooner!

Our son is 18 months old and never been a good sleeper. We had black out blinds, white noise and the app telling us about awake windows but even thinking we had all the right tools, it had still escalated to the point the only real way we could get him to sleep at night would be to stick him in the car and drive around until he fell asleep. He would then wake up at least once a night and normally for at least 2 hours and then wake for the day around 5am! It was becoming unbearable. We were both exhausted, stressed and not being the parents we wanted to be.

With Beth’s guidance we went from this to being able to put him down and him settle himself to sleep in 3 days, sleeping through the night within the first week and the early rising resolved to 6:30/7m start within 2 weeks! There were of course a couple of blips but with Beth’s support we learnt how to deal with them and have all the tools to keep this up moving forwards. He is waking up so much happier which just shows the positive impact it’s having on us all.

Now bedtimes are happy and we were amazed how quickly he settles himself to sleep which allows us much needed one to one time with our daughter. We are finally feeling confident enough to get a babysitter!

As cliché as it may sound, it really was the best investment for our whole family and could not recommend Beth enough!

My friend recommended Beth who used her to help with her 1.5 year old. On our initial chat Beth was so positive and knowledgeable and we had nothing to loose.

I bought the 4 week gold package. From the first day with Beth my baby was sleeping in her own cot. I still can't quite believe it! By the end of week 1 she was really mastering self settling. That was life changing, we both had better sleep and my precious 1 to 1 time with my 2 year old back.

From then I spent time with Beth getting her confidently self settling, night time weaning and the change was unbelievable.

I would recommend Beth to anyone who is having a hard time with their little ones sleep. Her methods were the perfect balance of gentle but affective.

The summary for this review must be my only regret is, we didn't come to Beth sooner and that this is a case of something sounding too good to be true, actually being a life changing outcome for us.

When I returned to work, my daughter was 10.5 months old, I was really struggling. It seemed an impossible task for my daughter to sleep through the night, quietly settle herself in her cot. A bonus for us was for my husband to be able to help do bedtimes as I had some work evening commitments on the horizon.We were able to achieve all of this, preserve my breast feeding journey and all of this even with me back at work and my daughter in nursery 3 days a week.

We chose to work with Beth because her methods were gentle, fitted with our parenting style and had our family goals in mind.

None of the bedtimes in our 3 weeks together were stressful, there was no crying it out and we finished our time together with a much better understanding of our daughters sleep and how to help with any future bumps.

This all happened in 3 weeks - that is from waking 6 times a night for comfort feeds to self settle to sleep through 11 hours.

If you don't think these outcomes are realistic or you're concerned about the cost, please don't hesitate.

This has been life changing for our family, it has been worth every minute and every penny.

- She will now nap in her cot and consistently at nursery

We have recently completed the 3 week bespoke programme with Beth. She has been a total life saviour and I cannot recommend her services more highly.

 Our 20 month old daughter had never been a good sleeper and she needed settling every couple of hours in the night and wake at 5am.

 I was the only one to be able to put her to sleep, it was no longer sustainable and past breaking point.

 We were beyond wrecked and knew that her poor sleep was not good for her development too. A friend referred Beth to us having had huge success with her with their own daughter's sleep.

 Beth put me at ease from the start. The success we have had from Beth's guidance has been incredible. From night 1 we saw significant improvement in her sleep and she was sleeping 11-12 hours overnight by the end of week 1.

The dummy which we thought would be a challenge was cut from day 1 and Sophie hasn't looked for it since.

 My husband has been able to confidently do bedtime which has been wonderful for him. To top it off we were able to go for a weekend away for the first time and my mum was able to follow the routine and Sophie slept perfectly.

 Night times no longer fill me with dread and to wake up as a happy well rested family is priceless. We cannot thank you enough Beth!

Our 10 month old baby girl was co sleeping, waking hourly for feeds overnight and day naps she always refused. She was irritable during the day and I was exhausted o say the least. Scrolling through social media I came across Beth’s website, although I was sceptical at first as i felt it was impossible to actually get her to sleep in her cot let alone to sleep all night without having to comfort feed. I kept looking at Beth’s posts on Instagram and she made it seem like it could actually be possible to get my baby girl to rest peacefully for naps and night time. I got the courage to speak to Beth and we embarked on this lovely journey with her gentle coaching she made it possible and in just a couple of days my baby slept through for the first time! It was magical to have a good night sleep for both Grace and I.

Then gradually Beth got my baby to not only sleep all night in her cot but also to self settle to sleep all by herself without me having to feed/rock her to sleep in my arms. Now she is a happy, well rested baby taking 2 naps a day and sleeping from 7:30pm to 7:30am, just amazing. Our bedtime is so much more enjoyable, relaxed and she takes herself peacefully off to sleep whilst I watch her on the monitor. She has become a very confident sleeper and my husband and I get time to rest!

We are all very happy sleepers and will be forever grateful to Beth for helping us get the very much needed sleep for us all.

We would totally recommend Beth, if you are going through sleepless nights with your precious baby, they need their sleep for development and it is equally as important for the parents too.

We have just completed our three weeks with Beth and are so grateful for all the support and guidance she has given us. It was the best decision we have made as a family and we have started the year in a much better place.

We decided to reach out to Beth as our baby boy was not sleeping well. He was reliant on a pacifier, waking some nights every hour, would only settle with me (mum), naps were inconsistent and bedtime was a dreaded daily event. I was not rested and I had no time to myself. My little boy was also tired and irritable.

Beth spent time on our initial call listening to our needs and we were keen to get started although a little nervous as I never thought we could get rid off the pacifier as my little boy was so reliant on it. His naps are now consistent, my husband and I have our evenings back together and we are also getting the sleep we need too. We have just completed our 3 week programme with Beth & cannot recommend her enough!

 Our 5 month old was taking 2 hours to fall asleep at bedtime and then waking every 30-60mins throughout the night needing to be breast fed back to sleep. We were doing a combination of co sleeping and mosses basket but nothing was working! Both of us were completely exhausted, she was grizzly throughout the day and constantly overtired. Naps were unpredictably and only happened if in the pram or on me.

 Beth took us through a step by step bespoke programme to Georgia to help improve her sleep. It wasn't always easy, but Beth was kind, understanding and encouraging. Her methods felt gradual and each step only involved a small change.

 Fast forward 3 weeks - she now sleeps in her cot in her own bedroom all night, she falls asleep peacefully within 10 mins at bedtime. This has given us our evenings back together as a couple. She wakes 1 to 2 times a night for a feed and then resettles back to sleep. I am now having to set an alarm to wake us up in the mornings! Naps are a lot more predictable and I have the option to be able to put her down for cot naps too. It has completely transformed our evenings, nights and days that I did not think was possible. We started working with Beth when our son just turned 5 months. The crutches we used to use to get Max to sleep were no longer working, he was taking ages to fall asleep which was exhausting in itself & he was waking hourly overnight to feed combined with split nights. I was very unsure about sleep training, but Beth's gentle approach was perfect for us & made us feel safe. She created a bespoke plan & held our hand every step of the way.  Max is now taking himself to sleep, he has regular predictable nap schedule, he links his sleep cycles & wakes for just one night feed. We feel extremely relieved & cannot thank Beth enough for her support & help.

We’ve come to the end of a 3 week plan with Beth and still can’t believe the difference it has made to our lives. We have been struggling with our 6 month old little boy who has refused to nap longer than 20 mins & was waking every 45mins through the night which had resulted to us co sleeping & constant contact naps.

Beth was able to talk us through new steps every couple of days to gently teach him to self settle alone in his own bedroom without the assistance of a dummy. Every new step felt comfortable as I was worried he would spend hours crying, but this was never the case. We were shocked at how simple but effective the techniques were. By night 3 he was sleeping a full 12 hours in his own room, no wake ups and by day 5 all his naps were in his cot & we now have to wake him up from his naps! I never believed it would be possible for me to leave him in his cot wide awake & he would self settle in 5mins for each sleep.

Bedtime & naps have now become straightforward & so much more enjoyable / predictable which has given us more structure & freedom to do fun things in the day. To the point where any parent or grandparent can put him down & he is completely fine! He has become a noticeably happier baby & we are much better rested parents.

Beth devised a personalise plan & during the 3 weeks we transitioned Emilio to his own room, removed the dummy & transformed his sleep. We feel totally in control of our baby's sleep, he sleeps through the night every night, settles himself for his daytime naps within minutes & can nap on the go well too.

When you are in the depths of sleep deprivation you need someone who can look at the situation objectively & guide you to a solution. This is exactly what Beth did for us.
